                                 Background:
                                 Born 1945 Idabel Oklahoma. High School Grey High, Idabel
                                  Oklahoma 1963. Obtained a pharmacy degree from Southwestern
                                  Oklahoma State University School of Pharmacy at Weatherford,
                                  Oklahoma in 1972. Owned my own drug store in McAlester, Ok
                                  since 1976. 
                                          Issued first ham license in 1973. Enjoy H.F. mobiling.

                                  Equipment:
                                 78 foot tower, 160 meter inverted v fed with 450 ohm twin
                                   lead tuned with a Dentron Super Super Tuner. Stacked 10
                                   element m2 for 2mtr SSb. 
                                          Yeasu ft 1000mp, Kenwood Tl922A amplifier, Icom 706II
                                   Icom 821 H, Henry 2002a 2mtr amplifier, Johnson kilowatt
                                   Matchbox, and Heil Gold desk microphone make up my station
                                   equipment configuration.


                           Hobbies:
                                 Enjoy fishing, hunting, quilting, snow skiing, watching most
                                   sports events, lawnmower drag racing, and cow chip throwing.

                                 
                                  Family Members:
                                 XYL Melodee is a home maker and does accounting at our
                                   family owned pharmacy in McAlester, Oklahoma. She was a
                                   school teacher until our marriage in 1976.
                                          Daughter Brooke is a fine arts major at St. Gregorys in her
                                   second year. She is a dancer and plans to teach dance.
                                          Son Beau is a college baseball player at St. Gregorys. He
                                   is in his senior year of pre-law studies.
